See guidance opposite. Subgam also used for measles prophylaxis (unlicensed indication) in accordance with HPA advice. All immunoglobulin indications (including primary immunodeficiency) within national guidance (opposite) specified as first-line therapy (coloured red) or specified as equal first-line therapy with another medicine(s) (coloured blue) are approved for use within NHS Highland.
